Bad service from MTN

Have been battling with MTN since the 2nd May 2020. They migrated my phone number to a package that I didnt sign for , my phone wasn't even due for an upgrade. To make matters worse they debited my account with almost double to what I usually pay and have taken more than double my mintues and data away! I have tried numerous times to contact them via email and telephone and I have been completely ignored! As if battling to feed my family isnt bad enough during Lockdown Mtn have taken money away from me making me extremely short this month. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone looking for a cellular network.
