Bad service from mtn

Cancelled my mtn contract after being a client since 2010. Paid cancellation fees of R4002 but the contract was never cancelled they instead used this payment to fund the contract for a couple of months. Thereafter started Debiting my account again. I then asked my bank to reverse the debit order. Again the next month another debit which again I asked my bank to reverse. Then mtn handed me over to their legal department which I was forced to pay outstanding debt and legal fees of R1279.10 for an account that was Suppose to have been close in the first place. Still on going…………….
