Bad Service from MTN

I would not advise any1 to take or sign a contract with MTN.... Customer service is really bad... I have 3 days contacting them about R5000. 00 that they say I owe them... All I get is transfer of calls from 1 person to the other... The last one told me that I canceled the contract late that is why I have to pay that Amount.... All though I did a month after the expiration date... So a reference number for cancelation... To them means nothing... I asked her that... How can you continue changing some for services that they do not receive... She told me it's their policy.... So in that regard I just have to pay that amount... She said! MTN... Bad service indeed! Highly Dissapointed
