Bad service from MTN

Good day. We battle for 6 months to get my cell phone sorted out I renew my contract and my clients cant get hold of me it say call ended we went to MTN Mall of the North several times to try and sort the problem with no joy My client cant get hold of me and MTN keep promising to sort the problem with no results
