Bad service from MTN

MTN cannot resolve my caller ID for almost 3 months now since I upgraded to a new phone. calling their customer support is a nightmare now as they always apply the same solution even when I explain that the same solution did not work. All my incoming calls are private and cannot cancel my contract cos they will penalize me.
