Bad service from MTN

Appalling service I reported a problem with my night data. When I use my night data my data get used I reported this problem round about the 3rd of may spoke to a lady Lerato who told me she can see my data doesn't used but rather my daytime data she reported this I heard nothing from mtn subsequently I reported it 3 more times spoke to Penelope, Dinique,and norma now I'm told by norma to send a request for itemize billing and check my account myself than call them back again. I just feel this service is ridiculous.
