Bad Service from MTN

In all honesty after being an MTN Client for over 20 years, I am now very irked by their utter Inability to do a job right / correct. I really didn't want to do this But I have to. I just cannot understand how MTN are training their consultants? I have been trying to change my physical address for months and months now, I have emailed with my Correct address, I have called and spelt Out each word I have posted to their FB messenger page - again typed the address out for them - And What have they done- Changed my address to an address I had NOT given them, Suburb not even the one I live in. Now I have to email and call and beg and plead again to have it changed, and they will make me WAIT AGAIN. I truly think this Service from them is utterly incomprehnsable.
