Bad service from MTN

The service I received from Mtn was honestly the worst. I created a profile to buy a phone on contract and that went smoothly. The problem came when it was supposed to be delivered. They kept giving me the run around and kept transferring me to people that wouldn't give me answers. I've been waiting for 3days for this phone to be delivered and I ordered it over a week ago. I called them and asked for who to speak to for complaints but they said that you can only send emails which I haven't even received feedback on.

Im honestly so frustrated. Mtn's service has become so bad I don't recommend it. All I want to do is cancel my profile so that money will not debited but they will not even let me do that!
