Bad service from mtn

Before August this year i try to cancell my contract. They kept on billing and i had to pay them thus month of November to try and cancel.

I wrote 7 emails and no reply. I asked for confirmation of my payment and cancellation but no reply.

They quick to take money but service is zero. Ther was still airtime and data, that i paid for, but they blocked my servise.

Mtn is ****!!! ***
