Bad service from mtn...

Mtn gave me an offer to buy laptop which will come with Sim card that has 20mb of data which will be loaded every month and if in 10 days of delivery I'm not happy with the laptop I have ro return it to the store which I did in just 6days of receiving the package I returned it because the Sim card was not even registered and I canceled the deal it was in August but mtn is still deducting the laptop money and on the 25 August 2021 I got ****** at home they took my belongings and cellphone when I went to Mtn to claim cause my cellphone was insured I did not get any help till today, I sent claim forms and when I went to query they said they did not call because I did not put any date on the claim forms but when I check every thing is the but I have not received a call from them.
