Bad service from MTN

I had to cancel my two wifi contracts with MTN in November 2020 as they could not provide me with uncapped wifi. I had to pay R1400 cancellation fee on both contracts. After a few months I started receiving statements and my bank acount was being debited with the original amount. My emails remain unanswered. My phone calls to them were an extremely frustrating experience as I could never get through to the accounts department. SHAME ON YOU MTN FOR A PATHETIC SERVICE. I will continue to try to get my contracts cancelled but I know it is going to be a long and tiring battle. VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN MTN!!!!
