Bad service from mtn

Terrible experience. We have been trying to upgrade our contracts for past 4 months and have had no success. There been so many excuses regarding this new system old system story. They are quick to disconnect your number when you late with payment. But when comes to serving there customers correctly there been slack service and I am now tired of stories. Canceling my contracts. They won't get a cent from me.
