Bad service from MTN

I logged a ***** case with MTN of which I was told I will receive feedback after 21 business days. The reference provided was ***. It has been over 21 business days and I always have to call to follow up to be told that we are escalating. Today I called and I was told feedback has been sent to my email. Which I didn't receive. MTN is communicating with *****sters and are not willing to assist me. I went to their outlets in an attempt to get assistance only to be told I need to use my phone to call ***** and they can't assists. The Information MTN has on their system is *****ulent and whenever I call I'm asked to confirm information I don't know as their security checks.

My account has been debited twice of which I disputed and the way they are relaxed in resolving this issue is creating serious Concerns. I have sent emails to your customer service and ***** in an attempt to cry for help but my email has not been acknowledged to date.
