Bad service from MTN

I went to MTN Canal walk Cape town on 17 December 2022 that was Saturday, to get my self a laptop and a wi-fi mobile contract and I got it on time , problem came when the wi-fi router or the number that they gave me didn't work, so I took it anyway because Tania the lady that was assisting me at MTN said it will work later she thinks it's the network problem, then Sunday 18 December 2022 it didn't work, so I decided to go on Monday 19 December to Worcester MTN so that they can assist me I got there as early as 09:10 when the shop was opened they assisted me but the router still didn't work , then I had to go to Cape town from Robertson so that they can assist me that now it's on the 20th December 2022 and I got at the shop at 11:00 and the person assisting me told me that they can try again at 15:00 , then that is when I told them that I want to cancel the contract because I can't be at MTN for 4 days asking for assistance . They refused to cancel the contract and then I left the laptop and the router there and I called the call centre for further assistance to cancel the contract and I was never assisted on Tuesday 20th until Wednesday 21st December 2022 and I was assisted by a lady called Phakamile Mthembu that said I have to go back to Cape town again to cancel this contract and I told her that is the last think that I will do
