Bad service from MTN

Hi I just got the worse experience with MTN they offered me a data bundle last year of R89 per month but for the last 4 to 5 months I received no data but they deduct every month a R93 when I tried to call them I spoke to an consultant he didn't even finish listening to me and then put me through to someone for an hour n still no answer.I want to stop this order and want all my money back I don't need the data anymore
