Bad service from MTN

From 14 December 2018 the network coverage at tower 1525 in Groblersdal area was off. Send email on 19 December ref ********** 6 and ********** 7 with no response Send email on 20 December ref SMC ********** 8160 response and advice that it is in the hand with techincal deparment. Send email ref ********** 5 and tell them that it is the last email as we will report it on Hellopeter. On 24 December received email that the tower is now in operation again but still zero coverage. Till today 27 December we still have no network coverage and nothing is done to restore the network .It is now 14 days without network coverage . There is 3 towers on the spot, Vodacom and Cell C is on but MTN is not working.
