Bad service from MTN

I have 2 contracts phones from MTN which I am paying about R800 for both phones. I have a 2 gig recurring data that i get from MTN and on the 6th of July I ran out of that recurring data that I get from MTN and I bought 2 gig data and I recieved 1 gig free on the 6th of July 2016 and I'm recieving my recurring data from MTN on the 14th of every month. I still had the data that I bought when I recieve my recurrring data. The data that I bought it was lasting for 30 days.

Then on the 6th of July the data expired and I still had my recurring data and MTN took my recurring data instead of taking 219 MB that was left on the data that I bought. I called MTN customer service 808 to inquire about the problem I had and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Siphiwe Shabalala and explain my problem and he said that he logged in a complain for me and he said that its going to take 3 working days and I told him that I can't wait for 3 days because that's my data and I want it back and he said that its going to be 24hrs.

I then remembered that I didn't ask for Ref No. then I called Bruce at West Gate MTN and asked him to log a complain for me and he gave me a Ref No. ********** . Bruce later called me on the 10th and the 11th of August to check if I did recieve any assistance and I told him that not at the moment and on the 12 of August 2016 at 08h46 in the morning I called MTN 808 No. again and I spoke to a lady by the name of Wendy and she told me that thers no complaint that was reported from their side and I gave her the Ref No. that I got from Bruce and she told me that she can see that Siphiwe Shabalala did report the matter and I thought to myself that she is full of games and asked to talk to her manager and she transfered me to her manager.

The manager was not clear about his name since I asked for it 3 times but still I couldn't hear his name but it was an Indian guy that so called manager asked what is the problem and I had to explain myself again then I told him that I want my data back and he later say that I'm talking as if he personally took my data and I had to remind him that he is working for MTN and when I'm talking to him I'm reffering to MTN and we an argument with him and he said that he can't help me and I asked him to transfer me to someone who is willing to help and he kept me on hold for more than 30 min.

Finally someone answered my call, it was a gentleman by the name of Gabriel and when I ask about his department and position at MTN he told me that he was a consultant from prepaid department. I was made a fool by MTN since on the 7th and they are doing it again. I later explain my problem to Gabriel knowing very well that he can't do much since it was not his department. He later asked me if he can transfer me back to contract department and I said no. I told him that I'm going to report the matter on Hellopeter because contract consultants forget that they are there because of customers that they are not even willing to assist.
