Bad service from MTN

I took a home router contract with Mtn , is was delivered and its not working i went to Jabulani mall mtn store they can set it up, i complained on your Facebook pace no assistance, i called costome care they can't assist me to connect, i request to cancel and get my money back since this router has never worked or connected they say they can not cancel i have been transferred from pillar to post, ..... can i cancel this contract and get my money back , your services is very poor your agents are rude , mtn store even worse they just cant assist with anything, working with mtn is a disaster please cancel this contract ***
