Bad service from Customer care service Call Centre

<p>Today the 05/01/2017 my cell phone was ****** and i called in to the call centre for assistance in getting my phone block so that I ncould open up a case of theft however, i was transfered to the pre-paid department and waited for a half an hour without any assistance. relly not happy with the holding time as it was something important and still the issue is not resolved. Can someone help me what do I do?</p>
