Bad service from customer care

My account was on arrears, i paid the arrears amount on the 23 April, the same day they take it to legal and cancel the no, i called customer care, send emails to legal, went to the stores still the no is not working, is a month now they are not able to reactivate the no, and i'm on month to month contract now but still they don't want to assist
