Bad Service from Agent and he **** to me

Last week Friday I went to MTN shop at Westgate Shopping Mall to cancel and return a router for my the R269.00 Wifi deal, When I got there one of the Agents didn't get his name but he has dreadlocks, a nose ring a bit light skin in complexion he **** to me and told me only the manager can cancel contract deal and that manager took the whole long Weekend Off he'll be back on Monday so I must come back Monday and I thought that was kinda weird and when I took a day off again on Monday I was assisted by another lady who mentioned that what I was told is not the truth so I wasted my time for something that could be done on one day cause he was lazy to help and his attitude was also not friendly like for a customer service person.
