Bad service , *****

I sent an claim on the 30.09.2021 lost my phone in the TAXI I have sent all required documents , Yesterday I was supposed to get my phone , when I called I was told my phone was delivered in Katlehong address . I do not stay at Katlehong , I sent an email with my address where they need to deliver the device . Today I call , I’m told I will get my phone Tomorrow the driver needs to go and collect it at Katlehong , I will not accept that device , how sure are you guys that you will get that phone back from the wrong person, wrong address . I need the device to delivered today sealed and new .
