Bad service for the month to month WIFI

I app**** for a WIFI on the month to month basis contract. Some time in the year i lost my job but i found another job after three months. When i could not pay the WIFI was switched off since it was a month to month basis. I paid yesterday including the penalty fee and the consultant informed me that the data will be allocated and it would. When i got home i noticed that it was still not working then i called the call centre and i was told to switch off the router for 15 min which i did but it was still not working after. Today i called and i was told the data would be allocated month end, this is not what i agreed to. So i paid for data i cannot use. Your service is very bad
