Bad service

I call Mtn customer care today after a contract application for 40gb data. So I was transferred to sale department to track my application that I made on Mtn website since the guy who called me said I should send my supporting documents. The guy said he is from Mtn. So today a lady by the name of Thandeka told me that I didn't not apply for the contract with them but rather with a company called rewards. The lady was very rude because I didn't understand how can I apply for the contract with Mtn and then end up with another company that MTN does not want to acknowledge or rather help me since they the once who are contracted with the company. All I did was to apply for Mtn 40 gigdls data on mtn website which the deal is advertised by Mtn. Mtn please take accountability, I want this contract to be canceled because clearly I will face more problems ahead n Mtn will never assist me.
