Bad service

I had a contract with MTN , the contract came to an end and I called them to cancel it 2 months ago but what I’ve noticed every month MTN comes up with a story to bill my account of which I know nothing about I even call the call center to change my spend limit I’m buying my own airtime but still they charging me for nothing this is a ******* please help me here
