Bad service

Took out 2 contract phones in August, one is not working. Been calling them to assist no help, they keep referring me to homemark to assist yet they want me to pay for these phone it's been 2months waiting for assistance, they only call me treating me to pay. Homemark said they will send a tech still nothing. I have multiple reference numbers but no help. SUCH A BIG COMPANY WITH POOR SERVICES.
