Bad Service

In my 4 years having contract with MTN, I've never seen an *********** and lazy staff like Mokopane branch. They talking out loud and laughing, while the q is long thereafter when is time to knock off, they telling us that the System Is not working. It's my second time experiencing the same thing. I'm not happy at all and doubting I will renew my contract next time
