BAD SERVICE.

Legal department at mtn is terrible in communicating with clients, ive requested a paid up letter and one of their service champions did the same. Just to find out today it the query has been closed with no paid up letter in my possession. This was logged again today and mtn always has long stories and excuses. Ive requested that they also update with the credit bureaus but nothing. They expect you to make payments on time but when it comes to them providing a service they just seem to be ridiculous in it.
