bad service

Im having the worst experience with getting my wifi router to be delivered my tracking number is: ***, when i try to update it on dsv website the tracking number is invalid i wasnt advised that my husband cant collect the router i asked coz i knoew i wont be home but bcoz mtn is only worried about money they **** to me and now i cant change my delivery address
