Bad Service Experince

On the 30/08/15 I took my Samsung S4 to MTN at Hemingways Mall for repairs, as it was asking me to Insert Sim Card whiles the Sim Card was in the phone and also upgraded with a Galaxy Note 4 at the same time. I got a sms from the MTN Repair/Service Centre informing me to pay R330.00 for my S4 some time in Octobe.

Before I could pay the R330.00 for the S4, my Galaxy Note4 just Shut itself down, not charging and not switching on(which I only had for 2months). I than went into the store again on the 02/11/15 to take the Note4 in for repairs and pay for S4, thinking it was at the store fixed. To my surprise, the lady assisting me informed me that the S4 is not fixed and the R330.00 is for Service Fee! I couldn't believe what she was telling me, and asked how is that the phone is not fixed but yet I must pay. She told me, according to what she's reading on the screen the S4 is beyond repairs, due to the fact that I had taken the phone to an authorise repair centre, MTN service centre cannot fix the phone, but I had to R330.00 for Service Fee regardless.

I had never taken the phone to any other repairs but MTN. This is a total ******* that MTN is doing to people and an inconvenience.
