Bad service ever received

I am not happy with MTN at all, an agent deceived me by saying he linked my new phone to an old one and I will be paying R750.00 a month and now my bill amounts to R5000 and I don't know how. Their customer service is poor, always offline or just getting cut off. Bad experience ever. I wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone. I am going to fight until this is rectified.
