BAD SERVICE EVER

My cell phone contract expired last year November and I've requested them to cancel it as I'm not interested in the month to month contract. I've called more than 10 times, sent emails and sent them a DM on Twitter but I'm still receiving invoices. The branch couldn't help me either, not sure what to do anymore.
