Bad service ever

Kindly assist as I signed up for a 20GB anytime and 20GB Night But I only received 10GB Anytime and 10GB Night

This has been going on since the beginning of the new system please can I get assistance as I've been in an MTN store with no solution.

MTN has got bad service ever im still waiting for there assistance but nothing has been done with my problem, worse this month i received 5GB only for R210 i will never ever work with MTN ever again.
