True they dnt deserve that 1 star just spoke to one of the rudest Mtn agent now by the name of sibusiso that boy is very rude am asking my self how he was hired what irritated me the most when I ask to speak to the team leader or to give me the call reference he told me he will transfer my call think am stupid I once worked at the call centre and am sorry to say this he got the wrong one
