Bad service

Can someone look into my matter cause this is the third time complaining on hello Peter and no one from MTN has come to me.

Please return my contract back to the way it was I didn't agree with any tariff migration and can the sale person who has migrated me fix it, I cannot afford to pay R600 please FIX this!!!
