Bad service

The manageress DONNA at MTN Longbeach mall did a whole mess with th sign up of my elderly mothers WiFi now she doesn't care or acknowledge her fault my mother is now without WiFi and money deducted out of her account and Donna and Joshua the two that introduced this to my mother doesn't care to help or call her, we have been struggling and begging for assistance but neither MtN or the outlet at Longbeach mall bothers to call my mom and rectify the mess they have created my mother is sitting home without WiFi and cannot even watch TV...if anyone decide to go to MTN please do research and come on here to read reviews also not at the MTN Longbeach mall rather somewhere else
