Bad service

All your agents are useless , they dont know the procedure. I request a call back from the manager not agents , Lathiswa says tgey dont have a supervisor/team leader. Simple thing ai need my contract to be cancelled, and I call towards the end of April to give 30days notice, I was told to call on the 11th of May which I did , I was I need to call on the 22nd of May to give 10days notice, I'm calling today Lathiswa says contract will be cancelled next month
