Bad service

Worst worst service ever received from. I have done an upgrade on one of my mtn lines and since that my device has not been delivered. when calling I get send from this department to that one. Eventually I was told my upgrade was mot processed and it will done (a week later mind you) Ok great I waited for another week, stil no delivery. I started the whole calling process over again being send from pillar to post. I was then told (after spending a lot of time on the telephone again) that they where trying to get hold of me, buuutttt could. So the number that they tried to call me , that sim card is broken, witch I did explain to the and even asked them to send a new sim card with the device, aaannnddd I also gave them the alternative number where they must call me when the phone is ready for collection. Ok then they revered me again back to the mtn call center and said I must change the number. It's the 25th of September, almost a month later and I still don't have my phone. Ag and guess what today when I called them the number was never changes, and they will escalate the matter. What a joke you are mtn.
