Bad service

Ever since I was told I will receive my paid up letter within 48hours of a contract I paid and canceled in September it has been 3 days now and I haven't received anything. Worse part I'm being delayed of my finance because of something I paid and canceled 3months back but still appearing on my itc report. I'm really getting impatient with mtn
