Cell phone insurance

I lost my phone on the 16th of September contacted mtn insurance and did everything they requested. Till today I haven't received my phone I gave them my alternative number but their courier company got here and called some office number which they didn't get hold of me on. I am still struggling to get a phone that I payed insurance for monthly without skipping any premiums.
