Bad service

I have called mtn more than 5 times and spoken to different agents, the last being Nondumiso @ 11:29am on 19/04/2022, she gave me an attitude that I could not believe and ending up putting me on forever hold. The only thing I want is when my contract is up for expiration on 18 May 2022, they should give me my number for prepaid. I wish one of the managers can listen to the two calls I had today, my number is ***. I am so appalled with the attitude I got 🙄 😒 😑 😩 😐 😤
