Bad service

I was **** to by an agent when renewing my contract he told me I will be getting 40gis for R117 until I saw 10gis on my app. I logged a complain reference no Rc*** and they did the investigation and I won the case, so I canceled without bring liable for the cancelation fee. In December I wasn't charged but now in January they debited the cancelation fee. I called mtn and got very rude consultant her name is Chantelle green. She doesn't care about the outcome and don't listen to understand, she just runs her mouth and quick to hang up. If u don't get my money back I will reverse the whole amount and keep reversing I don't really care about being listed
