Bad service

For the past 3 weeks i have been trying to get assistance eith regards to my upgrade, i really need a laptop and I was not getting assisted. Firstly I called in a consultant that was so rude didnt give me her name with a noisy background was of no use to my query she ended up hanging up on me. Second time around i called in a consultant by the name of Lalisha assisted me or ehat it seened like assistance, in the days that im expecting a delivery i get call saying the is out of stock. Over the phone she said she has stock and she is reserving the laptop for me. Now weeks later im told to go apply again at the store during lockdown even. As an mtn customer I'm even considering cancelling all my contracts with them. Im seriously not impressed as i knie what good service is as i also work in the service sector.
