Bad service

My recent experience with MTN has been horrible and stressful. No one wants to take accountability and sort out an issue I have with my contract and I am being billed for a device that is not even in my possession. I am being sent from pillar to post. If you need a contract do not use MTN rather try other telecommunication companies.
