Bad service. Do not use MTN

I am appalled at the service from MTN. I am on the month on month router and date contract whuch has ben giving me HAVOC connection-wise. The call centre agents and the atore consultants gave me contrasting information about my account. Now I am told no data was allocated for me and I will not be able to have data for the whole month. The inconvenience lack of consistency in providing information is appalling.
