Bad service

Worst service ever, i called 4 times this morning and it's not even 9h30 yet, they kept dropping the call when all i want is just the paid-up letter.

First lady told me i can get the letter form the contracts department The other lady said i can request the letter from legal department then dropped the call when i was giving her my email address

When i called again i was advised it takes 21 business day to receive the paid-up letter. of which i don't understand as MTN is confirming that the contract has been cancelled. MTN employees are the worst ever.
