Bad service delivery and failure to help customers cancel contracts

I have been trying to cancel my prepaid contract p MTN, i called and i don't get help. I was given a reference and still not helping, my call just gets forwarded and never answered, sometimes dropped after waiting for hours. MTN is no longer helping customer with cancellation.

I went to wonderpark Mtn i was told i will wait for hours because they have to call aswel like i did and it never gets answered.

Please assist on how can i get this contract of my name.
