Bad service

I brought sim card on Sunday yesterday brought airtime using vouchers around 19:55pm, within few minutes airtime was disappeared on the sim only R3 left, i called customer care the other lady said i attempt to buy whatsapp data which is not true... The other lady said i forfeited my airtime because i changed to super data of mtn, it was after the airtime disappeared. Mtn please refund me
