Bad service/ Debit order

I have cancelled my conctract in February and the consultant told me that they will be giving me free data for 3months, this month they debited double of wat I was paying and I really do not know why. Last time i spoke with the consultant he told me that they will not debit because it has been showing on my App. Very bad service from MTN. When you call them they answer their phone after one hour.
