BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I have a MTN business contract that I took out through my employer , in December 2021 I was debited twice with an amount of R409 I disputed the 1 debit order because I was only supposed to pay 1 amount of R409 I see with my statement this month that I will be debited again with a R409 + R199 I have emailed and not received any response ... rectify this because it is incorrect
